I'm looking for little dares I can do on my commute home from work.

I work in a pub, usually doing the afternoon-night shift. Usually, I finish around 11pm.

The drive to and from takes about 30 minutes of I go the direct route, or nearly an hour if I go through the countryside roads. Going the long way is less public so I'm willing to be more risky, if I'm not too tired that is.

How about, when you go/come back on the less public route, you stop 10 minutes, get fully naked (leave clothes in the car, take keys with you for safety). Find a spot you think you won't be seen (but could) and do 2 series of 20 jumping jacks and 2 series of 15 squats. Then get back to the car, dress again (in the car) and go.
