Be warned the punishments do involve cbt. If that's within your limits you might want to forgo this or you could always replace those punishments with spankings (100 spanks) or additional days of denial (2 days per punishment). There is also some anal involved, but there are options to forgo that built into the dare.

SECTION 1 – Pre-dare

The day before:
Roll a die. This will determine the length of the dare.

1. 3 Days (the weekend)
2. 7 Day
3. 14 Days
4. 21 days
5. 1 month
6. Until you roll an orgasm. In section 2.

Roll a die. This is how many times you must come today. Do it however you like, it may be your last chance for quite a while. The teasing begins tomorrow morning.

1. 2 times
2. 0 times
3. 1 time
4. 3 times
5. 4 times
6. 0 times

SECTION 2 – The dare

Each morning:
Every morning, you are to roll 2 dice to see what your tasks are for today. Keep in mind you have a very low chance of coming For each individual tease/edge session, refer to the tease/edge section below to find out how.

2 – Tease/edge six sessions today with a minimum of two hours between sessions, if you cannot complete all the Tease Edge sessions because of work or other commitments re-roll multiply by X for each session you missed. Apply that number of punishments. If you cannot complete all punishments, roll them over to the next day until you complete. You forgo your change to orgasm until all punishments have been completed. Oh, one more thing if you roll a 6 on your punishment proceed as if it was 1 through 5. No coming until all the punishments are complete.

3 – Roll for one punishment. Other than that, absolutely no touching down there today. if you cannot complete your punishment because of work or other commitments re-roll multiply by 3X the next day. If you can complete your punishments, you may roll for a chance to orgasm. If cannot complete all punishments the following day, roll them over to the next day until you complete. You forgo your change to roll SECTION 2 until all punishments have been completed. Oh, one more thing if you roll a 6 on your punishment you do not get to orgasm, instead flog, spank or whip your cock for 30 minutes. No coming until all the punishments are complete.

4 – Tease/edge two sessions today: once within an hour of waking and once right before you go to bed. You forgo your change to roll SECTION 2 until all punishments are complete.

11 – Edge once, right now, and that’s all you’re allowed for today (Do not roll for number of edges one is all you get). Sleep naked tonight, spread eagled. No coming! Edge may be deferred, but you must add a punishment.

12 - Luck is with you, you get to cum today. Go to Orgasm section below.

SECTION 3 - Tease/edge section:
For each teasing/edging session assigned above, roll the dice to see how you are to tease/edge. In other words, every session in one day will get its own rolls.
First roll to see whether you will tease or edge (teasing is playing with yourself without getting close to the edge)

1. Edge x times (roll again for x).
2. Tease 2x minutes.
3. Tease 2x minutes, edge x times.
4. Tease 4x minutes.
5. Tease 10x minutes, edge once.
6. Tease for five minutes, roll for one punishment!

SECTION 4 - Punishment section:


If you roll one of the options that tell you to roll for a punishment, this is where you will roll. You are to complete each punishment at the designated time.


1 – Before you go to sleep tonight, rub a little bit of Tabasco or another hot sauce on at least your cockhead. Sleep face up with your feet tied apart. No touching.

Roll to see where hot sauce must be applied:

2. Your nipples and your cockhead
3. Your asshole and your cockhead

5. Wait until your next shower. If you rolled this option, do not roll for “how to orgasm”. You will orgasm while stroking yourself in the shower. Now roll a die for how to come. You only get one orgasm unless otherwise specified.

Thanks, but I can't take credit for that. Dare is a re-working of dare and this dare. So credit for that concept goes entirely to Codymich. I re-worked to accommodate myself.

The original dares are great, but were almost impossible to complete given my lifestyle. I needed a way to not feel like I wasn't giving up on the dare every time something came up at work and I had to stay in the office until 1 AM. My biggest addition is really the ability to roll over tease/edge/punishments for additional punishment penalties.

Icy-Hot is a muscle rub, like Bengay, Deep Heat or Rub-A535. It reacts interestingly with sensitive places. You could substitute with Vick's VapoRub which is a lot milder.
