I think for yours you will find a bathroom with a minimum of three stalls (a mall or something). There you will pick a stall and stroll entirely. Then you will evenly distribute your clothes into the three stalls keeping them unlocked. Now to earn your clothes back you will go into each stall (remaining unlocked) face the back of the stall and straddle each toilet. There in that position you will edge yourself with your younger out. Only when edged to the point of cumming (but not of course) can you only redress in whatever articles of clothing are in that stall. Then move on the next stall.

Well I think the simplest thing for you to do is to find a rest area or other public restroom with multiple stalls that gets fairly frequent traffic.
