Cheated in denial challenge. What should my punishment be?

As the title states, I broke the rules of a challenge. I joined the denied by girls thread and gave up, breaking the rules and cheating after less than 6 days. As a result, I'm looking for creative punishment ideas so that I regret having cheated. I've already rejoined the thread as a fool however I want to give myself some more serious consequences so that if I think about breaking the rules again, I'll hopefully hesitate and think twice in future.
