Creating a human toilet training CYOA (kinda)

Henlo GetDare, currently working on a full on scat and piss based choose your own adventure (or well a follow-the-instructions, if you do it right you get a reward, wrong you get a punishment. With the goal of the overall thing to train you to eat shit in preparation for becoming a human toilet. The idea is you do what the images tell you to with a container of shit in front of you.

The images attached is the intro and should give a rough idea of how the tone is going to be and what it will look like. There will be two characters in the form of your mistresses, one kind, and one mean. On the images after this there will be a task image, accompanied by an appropriate image relating to the task, and then a second image with a reward/punishment depending on how you did, here's an example:

Task: Alright we are going to start your training off easily this off with something easy and simple. To get you accustomed to the smell you will keep your nose to the shit for 5 mins. Keep your mouth closed and breathe in its putrid scent through your nose. (Veronica) Enjoy the smell slave.

Reward: (Clara)Your reward for this is- (Veronica cuts in)I don't think that such a simple task deserves a reward :^)

Punishment: (Veronica) All right slave, fall straight forwards on your face into the bowl of shit, you can keep your mouth closed for now (no force, just gravity). Now keep your face planted in it until I say you can come back up.

I'm looking for people to give me ideas on what the tasks, rewards,and punishments could be, along with images that would be appropriate for it.

The entire thing is based off of this milovana tease. I saw a lot of potential in it, but feel like it fell short, hence why i'm doing this~

Here's some notes on other ideas I have:

Task: Hold as much of the remaining shit in your mouth as you can and hold for 10 mins, then spit it back out.
Punishment: alright you clearly aren't used to it yet, lets use some as your new soap <mix some with piss and rub into body as if it were soap (crotch, chest, face, armpits) >
Punishment: shit smoothe, mix shit and piss and drink the whole glass
Punishment: Toilet brush in ass
Task/Punishment?: Put on a sock step in shit, suck it clean
Task: alright good now take two more bites, chew, and eat.
Punishment: Stuff shit into mouth and tape/gag over for 20 mins
Task: All right now for your final task you need to eat half of what's left, you have 5 mins

Planning to have a few tasks at the start that have you build up with piss in a similar way to how the story gets you used to shit

On the note of it going live, since it's pretty much just images i'm going to be able to post it in a few places, namely milovana and imagefap. It seams like the kinda thing that would go here but can someone clarify it it would be allowed by the rules? I recall reading something about posting actual porn or linking to explicit content?

Hey just to let those still interested know that the project isn't dead!

Got an idea for a new task/punishment.
Task: Smear a dildo with shit and suck it clean <mistress dialogue, something along the lines of "<Clara>We may have guests that happen to have penises over at times. They might want to use you for more than just waste, so we think you should try sucking cock. Since we're both girls, Mistress Veronica is going to face fuck you with her strap on ^_^
<Vic>Let me smear this dildo with shit so you can perform double duty, no gagging now

Thinking this could be combined with a later punishment in the next task where you get the same dildo put up your ass? Other butt punishments will come before this so you atleast have a theoretical chance of being able to loosen yourself up first.

Another idea where the mistress steps in shit and you have to clean her sock. By that point in the story you usually have alot of saliva and maybe piss in the bowl, so the sock absorbing the liquid should be enouth and it doesn't waste solid shit this way either. Could maybe be done with tights instead is normal socks are to hard to clean. Testers would be appreciated here ^_^

I've also got a more solid idea of how the layout will work. I'm thinking something more like jrpgs where the text is shorter per image. See the attached images for an example
Doing things this way means I won't have to cram long paragraphs onto one screen.
Each character will have their own little character portrait when they are talking, rather then having the mistress take up so much space on the screen when the main focus should be the text and image

I'm also looking for a better idea of how the ending should play out. Since the roulette is pretty extreme by most peoples standards I'm trying to think of a way to make the Bad end bader, and the good end better.
Right now they both amount to "k eat shit (which you are already used to by that point of the roulette), and "ok cum"

Just what's here for now i'm afraid, but i'm planning a public release by the middle of next month or sooner.
Will probably link to an ehentai gallery of the most basic version (since its just a series of images) along with a pdf version, and a more interactive and animated powerpoint version. Will eventually migrate a version to milovana, but probably only when its 100% complete.

I might attach the files here, but I don't know if its allowed. I did message a mod but i'm unsure if the account is active.

I might also make a new thread for the release version just so new people don't have to wade through the wall of crap before they get to it, but again, no idea if its allowed or not?

Also, an idea regarding ramping up - maybe start a little lighter?

Yep, theres now a piss phase before the shit phase as a warmup.
The game is about as long as I feel I can safely make it as it is, since there's quite a bit of a time limit as soon as it leaves your body. Theres a few development notes at the very end if you want to add in stuff like your recommendation of riding a shit covered dildo
