I started this pretty early today, I tied the rope as instructed and did two of my assignments. I then applied toothpaste to the rope, making sure to add an extra bit on the knot like you asked. I did a few more activities in it (putting away some laundry, the grocery store). It is still mid day, and I plan on wearing it as a reminder when I go out with a friend for a bit.
