I would like you all to control my washroom use for the next 48 hours. Just like the thread started by @anthem, if I could have smaller dares, would be better. If you would like to give me other dares, feel free to do so.

Let's start you off easy; drink an extra bottle of water after every meal and do not pee more then once every 3 hours.

Every time you need to pee, put x ice cubes in your underwear, with x being the amount of times you've already peed during this dare. You may not go to the toilet until all the ice has melted.

When you do pee you have 15 seconds from the time your pants are down/open to pee, after that you must cutoff and wait at least an hour to pee again.

Today has seriously been quite very hard.
Especially the combination of the tasks.
The ice just freezes me ok. GREAT.
But then drinking a bottle of water after every mean and not peeing before 3 hours have passed combined with the 15 second rule, OMG. This really has me. the 15 second rule says wait at least an hour

so have to wait 3 hours...
Lucky enough I've been fine so far.
