For the month of October you are going to do the giving up challenge.
For everyday of the month October you have to stop using a product that you use everyday and think are quite essential for your life. You can choose what you are giving up each day. It works like the following: Day 1: I give up the usage of pants. Day 2: I give up the usage of make-up and pants Day 3: I give up the usage of Internet (besides what you need for school), make-up and pants Day 4: etc. This way at the end of the month you have a very sober life and feel thankful for all the things that you have. Make sure you think of things that you can't life without (but can ). If you are really a die-hard, do this for 2-3 months straight
