M/18 Needs diaper punishment.

Long story short, I chickened out of a dare I set for myself (I had a messy diaper attached to my face, and took it off before the time ran out) and now I need punishing.

I currently have: Tena Pants, M4s and PeekABUs, as well as everything on my supplies list in my signature.

Also, keep in mind that I'm currently locked in chastity for NNN.

Give me a punishment that will make me regret chickening out. I'll probably complete the dare on Sunday, and I'll only take one unless they can be combined. A report will be posted to this thread.

You’ll be in diapers the whole day Sunday! Take some laxatives and drink a ton of water/drinks. Once you’ve wet and messed the first diaper we’re going to make you do some working out)) you have to do 3 sets of 25 push-ups (your face should tough your messed diaper every time you go down, and then a 45 second plank! If you can’t hold the plank your face goes straight into your messy diaper. Once done with the workout you can put your new diaper on

I love this idea, but I can't do push ups, is there a substitute you'd prefer?

Also, this dare implies that it will only take part of the day, and that I'll end up in a fresh diaper so if anyone else wants to suggest anything that'd be greatly appreciated.

6 hours before I diaper up for the day (starting at midnight and ending at midnight) - anyone got any more tasks?

At midnight, I put on an M4, took a dose of Senna tablets, and got into bed. these things are supposed to work best overnight

I had a little trouble getting to sleep, so I ended up waking up at about midday. at first I didn't feel the laxatives but when I got up and went to the kitchen they kicked in and I started cramping. I downed a full glass of water and filled up a bottle and another glass, grabbing some breakfast/lunch.

I held my poop for a while, cause I knew I had another big wetting in me but it hadn't come yet. after half an hour though, the cramps were pretty bad, so I stripped off and pushed a warm, soft mess into my diaper. the pee that id been waiting for came with it.

Then, I went into the bathroom and took the diaper off, laying it out on the floor. it was a big mess, so I decided to clean my ass as best as I could with only baby wipes, and then I started the dare.

I couldn't do real push ups, so I did "girly" push ups instead, but I really struggled with them too. I started going, but I couldn't make it all the way down so my nose was touching. nonetheless, I did my first set and my arms were burning already. I took a 20-30 second break, then went in the for the second 25. It was super difficult, but I found my rhythm and got through this set pretty quick. After another short break I went in for my third, sweat forming on my forehead. I could barely do these ones, using all my might to push up the last few.

when I was done with all 75, I quickly started the timer and got into a plank. i immediately knew I wasn't going last any respectable length of time. after 10 seconds, my arms gave out and I collapsed face first into the mess. it was warm and especially sticky, and it coated my nose and my upper lips. I had to breathe through my mouth, but the stench was still intense. I waited and waited, wallowing in my own shit until the timer ran out.

I stood up and looked in the mirror, and it was like I'd taken a brown pie to the face. I cleaned it off with baby wipes, then a wet hand towel, and disposed of the dirty nappy.

I'm now sitting here in a fresh, dry, overtalced PeekABU, so if anyone has any more dares for the rest of the day send 'em over! feel free to push at some of my soft limits.
