Messy dares

My sub lost a bet and now she needs a punishment. Looking for messy food dares for her. The stinker the food the better. Also the more of her messy the better
She has in her cupboards:
1 bottle of ketchup
2 bottles of mayo
1 can of beans
1 can of tomato soup
1can of mush peas
2 cans of tuna
1 can of squirty cream
1 tub of ice cream
1 bottle of golden syrup
1 bottle of chocolate sauce
Can add to the list if you want as she can go shopping
