You are right about the mentioning of the spoilers.

Officially you can only add 3 days to newcomers and 1 day every 23 hours.
And then you can add extra games like the ones in the spoilers.
Btw I don’t mind if you add 3 days once in a while but maybe then it’s fair to give us a chance to get reductions.
