I've finally been released from the arm casts after nearly 2 weeks. It's so nice, especially after the heat of the last couple of days.

Fortunately as my husband made sure I was regularly topped up with sun cream, I don't have any tan lines from the casts that would need explaining at work tomorrow.

He has said though that this is probably not the last time I'll be wearing a fake cast. It does seem to work quite well as a kind of bondage that can be worn in public without it looking odd
