As long as the first post is active (doesn't expire) then you keep getting the punishments as it increases. I paid out each one.. There are still two punishments that keep extending.
Mi original is still climbing. Luckily the next punishment is far off, it will eventually expire but still has so many days left..

Ahhh okay good well then im pretty safe for the moment with just 12 extends on the first pic
