Dare: person above daring questions

Unlike most person above threads, the majority is done over pm
You simply post a theme if your in, then pm the other person, arranging a quick contact method

Using that, the person above is asked questions they should know, but arnt too easy
Any they get right is a pre agreed reward
Any they get wrong is a dare from the theme
If all are wrong they receive a punishment from the asker, the person below, once everything has been done, the dare is over
