Put on a onepiece swimsuit that is a good one or two sizes to small. Put only the bottom half barely on and fill with yogurt. Then put the arms in and the rest of it all the way on to have a nice wedgie. Keep it on until nothing more leaks out and an hour has passed

We can do that! Get some kneesocks. You'll be pouring into each leg the following: A can of beans, a can of spaghetti, and some cottage cheese. Then step into some old shoes you don't mind ruining and get some long pants on to cover the socks. You'll go out for a nice 20 minute walk from your home. Only once you're home can you take them off, but you'll have to then try and get those socks up your ass and let them stay for the next 4 hours or else you'll have to go a week without orgasm.
