Is that a skirt or a belt?

We all know the arguement girls hear from parents when they wear a short skirt

"excuse me, you are not going out like that, it's hardly more than a belt" etc etc

well here is my dare: I dare you to wear a belt as if it were a skirt, you can go without undies if you wish and feel more daring. If you don't have a wide belt it's best to do this in private, but if you do have a wide enough belt, at least 6 inches across, then you could brave the outside world
