I was able to complete this today as I needed to go to the Halloween store anyway. They didn't have a dressing room, but I found a small corner of the store where there were no people and tried on some costumes over my diaper and leggings. I could get every outfit on except the last one. It was too snug around my diaper. I had wet before entering the store, so I think it was just too saggy and thick to get over the diaper. My face got super red due to the embarrassment of my diaper and after that I still had to go to the register and pay for my items.

This was definitely a bit stressful, but after I got back in my car my pussy was on fire and it took everything in me not to touch myself 😳

What a good reason to choose diapers this week!

Some rules to follow:
-->only change yourself after you have been leaking
-->also use the diaper to shit yourself. IF you do so outside your house, you can change at the earliest opportunity; IF you do so in your house, you can change after 2 hours have passed.

Some activities:
-->go for a bra fitting where you are helped for an extensive time period by the shop employee. Go in a wet diaper; and make sure you wet again sometime while you are in the shop.
-->go for a 5 k run and attempt to run while at your regular running speed.

Thank you for these rules and activities! I am not a runner and would probably die if I attempted a 5k lol, but I can try to do a bra fitting in a less public way. I don't feel comfortable involving people in my kink like that even if I am not exposing myself to them. I will buy a new bra and use my diaper while in the changing room as a compromise

Update on day 1

I was able to wear one diaper for 24 hours yesterday and I messed in it this morning which completely maxed out my diaper. I was struggling a bit to get my body to relax and fill up my diaper, but I eventually got it all out and was completely humiliated and embarrassed. I edged myself while watching porn and being instructed to spread my mess by sitting in it. I was so turned on by how humiliating it was for me to poop myself. I am excited for tomorrow morning when I normally have to poop.
