Bladder diaper training

Hi,

I'm a beginner baby. I would like to try and expand my bladder so that sometimes I am forced to flood my diaper. Eventually, I'd like to get to the point where my bladder is so full my pee gushes out uncontrollably. Each person can add half a baby bottle and 15 minutes to my holding time. I'm starting at holding for one hour. I will stop adding time in three hours; however, if I still have time I need to hold it I will do so. I will post a detailed report of my session once I'm done. Please help this baby.
