Hey everyone, I've been away from this site for quite some time but now I'm back.

I've updated a couple of things and looking for some tasks and ideas for getting back into things. Let me know your ideas below!

Time to get back in shape , do it every day this week

PUSH" - I will do 10 naked push ups

"SQUAT" - I will do 10 naked squats

"CRUNCH" - I will do 10 naked crunches/situps

2nd ... Your denied and /or ruin all week
