Requesting Exercise Dares

Hello all, my Mistress has asked me to to ask everyone on gD for some exercise dares. Now, these can be any type of workouts and I have few if any limits. I can be assigned, any kind of work out, indoors, outdoors, ballet, gymnastics, aerobics, pony any the sky is the limit.

My Limits are, Messy, anything harmful, scat and suicidal

Just a friendly bump,

From yesterday I was given a task over kik and it was hard @@ my body still feels it specially my balls they hurt something bad. I was to Tape my balls but inside was thumbtacks and then i was told to do exercises and after each one I was to smack my balls with a wooden spoon for X amount of times. As you can imagine it hurt a lot. Over all I felt lots of Pain Thank You Sir for giving me the task, my Mistress read it and gave me a variation of the task as well for today. I will also be doing the other task plus the one above today.
