I need help eating my shit!
I can't do it without someone telling me what to do.
Anytime I try, I always gag and can't get it down, give me stuff to do so I can learn to be a good toilet and eat my own shit.

Well, it sounds to me like you need to ease into it to learn, so here's what you're going to do:

1. Prepare meals a week in advance, make sure they're something you would normally enjoy eating.
2. Add shit as the secret ingredient to 1-3 of the meals you've prepared.
3. Make sure you can't tell which meal has shit in it before you start eating it. This means no labels, and if your shit colors the food too obviously, opaque containers.
4. Shuffle the containers so you're not sure which is which.
5. Enjoy your meals for the week. Every once in a while you'll be enjoying a nice poopy snack.
6. After you get used to 1-3 go up to 4-5. Eventually, move on to all of your meals containing shit. After a while, you will have no trouble eating shit on its own, and you can then substitute some of your meals for pure shit
