Roll a dice and add 8 to it, this is how many days you will do it.
This must be done once a day
You will lay down on the floor and close your eyes
Then have somebody squat over your face and poop on it.
After 10 minutes you may wash it off using toilet water.

On the first day close your mouth, the alternate open and closed mouth.

For me mild public, could do in public restroom, not 2 long 1 hour max
