Ok. Here you go:

Poop your pants. Take the shit and coat your balls and dick (except the head). Put the undies and pants back on until you poop again . Then remain in your filled soiled undies for 5 hrs. You will then remove the undies and return your pants to wearing position and you will remain so til the end of that day (whether it took until the next day to poop again or not).

Since you are seeking to expand your knowledge of your limits, I suggest you shit your pants and leave them on for 3 hrs. Remove them and smash it in your face. Soak undies in toilet and flush holding on so you don't lose them/clog the drain. Wring them out thoroughly so that they won't drip. Put them back on as well as your clothes. Eat four cups of pinto beans a day for three days - nothing but the beans and water. then save all your shit in a bowl in the fridge. You will make 10 chicken boritos and use the poop as the refried beans.
