So for various reasons I've decided that for all of August I will not masturbate.

Being a particularly twisted individual I would say no cumming but you must edge at least once a day without using your hands ie by finding something to grind against until you edge. Every day you miss an edge or can't manage to edge by grinding, add one day to the end of your limit. Also, you can't re use an object or item and you should report on this thread what you've been humping and how you are holding up. just my two cents.
