I just managed a small one in, but it hurted pretty much as i started to work the pen in, and it hurted too as i pulled the pen out again. My urethra is still hurting now. Thank you for this.

Thank you, i cried so i had to pierce my foreskin aswell. It hurted pretty much to pierce my body parts. But after that i had to tie them together, so i had always a constant pull on this. It never stopped to hurt for this hour.
