I don't get it, so you just have to be facing the toilet while peeing? How else would you pee? Don't see how this is a dare, unless I missed something?

Variation that is difficult-ish for guys: straddle a urinal with your back facing it and pee that way. This means that your pants will have to be waaaaay down and your junk will be visible to the restroom and you will have to point your dick pretty much straight down.
