well, that outing took surprisingly long. it was going to be 45 minutes minimum, but I was there for 4 hours, with multiple accidents despite my furiously shy bladder trying to hold out.

i'm at 6 of the 7 required drinks currently, but i'm about to have the last bit (and possibly some more) with my meds and night time meal/snack, so i'll probably be sleeping shortly.

tonight will be interesting - i'm trying to make sure i drink a good bit right before I get too sleepy that I fall asleep in a few moments. i've accidentally slipped back into holding a bit too long, but i'm sure if I help remove the bathroom from something to think about, it will fade away and become automatic again.

I'm at .5L of the 1.5L required minimum today.. unless enough DRINK is given later that makes it more. Yesterday, as understood, I met the minimum and then a bit more.

My outing today will be for doing laundry at minimum, but I expect that I will need to run to some store for stuff as well. Hopefully this doesn't become ANOTHER outing that is 4 hours long!

my fatigue issues are starting up again, so I may be less present here... when I have energy to check in I will, but it's probably going to end up with me tallying up tasks and completing them as I have the energy rather than each day.

I won't be able to finish the last .75L today, so there will be probably 2 or 3 punishment points for the next weekend. i'm hoping that my fatigue clears back up by then. hopefully i am able to make a huge batch of lemonade tomorrow so that I have more energy to keep up with staying hydrated.

if it is above 10 punishment points next weekend, and my fatigue isn't any better, i'm going to likely have to let all unused punishment points (either if it is veto'd from my health, or unused) carry into the weekend after that.
