So I'm looking for dares that I can do either when I'm at home in my apartment or at work (although work stuff is complicated)

a) be wearing your pacifier and diaper.
B) be plugged.

you cant use the bathroom while plugged tho (if you are outside, working etc. then yeah you can).

Wedges at work. At least 30 mins not consecutive of wedgie at work.
For each missed minute, 1h in diap during weekend (to execute consecutively) .

That day, at home, all the evening with pacifier, plug in, onesie. At least 2h.

You could try wearing pull-ups at work, they should be less noisey and you can wear them like normal underwear. If that is still to much. Then do a day at work with a bra connection wedgie all day

I have a small amount of experience in this area and I think maybe this could work. At the very least it is humiliating and has aspects of your interests and toys.

Before you begin - Drink as many glasses of water as you can. Don’t pee before you are instructed to.

I think you should spend 1 hour plugged when you have the free time at home. During that time (amongst other things) it would be fun to have you push the plug out with only your muscles. I think you should hold it at the widest point whenever possible. Basically I want your hole nice and loose….

Next, take a 1 litre Luke warm enema. No pre-cleans or anything like that, we are heading for full messy and degrading. Your bladder should be starting to feel like you need to pee so you can now put on your diaper.

Next, I want you to start a timer from the moment you seal the diaper closed.

Now, you will be uncomfortable and the mess is pretty much inevitable.

Depending on the amount of time you can sit there and not let anything leak the better the reward will be.

Go and sit somewhere you don’t feel comfortable at all. Maybe in a corner facing the wall. It will give you plenty of time to soak up the degradation and humiliation you are feeling. The mess you are sitting in that gives you a sexual buzz.

Aim for 30 minutes in front of the wall. If you complete it I will try and think of a reward. If you fail it’s bad news.

I'm a bit hesitant to buy pull-ups as I don't really like them and they wouldn't get much use. So it feels like a waste

And I don't wear a bra that you can do a connection wedgie in to work :/ sorry!

- only time allowed to remove plug is when you need to go and 2 minutes twice a day for sanitation
- you can remove plug to re-lube no more than once per hour

Go to work in a diaper after drinking at least 1l of liquid. You are not allowed to use the toilet at all for anything while at work (using the stalls to change is okay) and have to keep drinking at least 0.5l of liquid per hour. You are allowed to change only once, unless your diaper starts leaking or if you end up messing it, but if you end up using that get-out card:

• The first time will extend the duration of the dare until the next morning. (Once you reach home you get another two free changes)
• The second time adds the requirement that you have to keep drinking 0.5l per waking hour.
• The third time will require you to put on plastic pants for the rest of the dare.
• The fourth time will require you to take an oral laxative during the change.
• The fifth time will require you to repeat the dare tomorrow.
• All further changes increase tomorrows change-counter.

So if you end up changing yourself eleven times at work, you would gain an additional two days. That said, the idea really is that you won’t need more than one change and are done once you arrive at home from work.
