Take your riding crop. You will spank each of the body parts listed above, but you can decide the order in which to spank them. The first body part gets 5 hits. The next one 10, next one 15, then 20, et cetera.

Since you have bruises in your likes roll a single die before you start. The number you roll is the amount of body parts that need to show a bruise after you're done with the spanking.
