Wear a diaper that goes above your waist and a somewhat short shirt. Go shopping and constantly reach for things over your head, or bend over for things. The point is is to let as many people see your diaper as possible.

The find an employee that you find attractive and ask for some type of assistance finding something that you know to be far away so you have to waddle along wile following her/him.

For the next 2 months wet the bed everynight, have little accidents in your pnaties, poop yourslef once or twice and then tell someoen about it and then for two months afte that where diapers 24/7 and use them for everything

I dare you to wear diapers to bed all the time for the next month. Yes must wet them before you go to bed and only change them the following morning. When you sleep you're not allowed to wear anything other than your wet diaper and you must also have a pacifier in your mouth! ^^
