Try taking a hanger that has the clips for skirts or pants and put that on both nipplea then use the hook to pick up various things

New to the site. Really want to enlarge my rosy nipples. AM retired trucker with a new home in sunny Florida. Thinking of some kind of suction device?

Seated in your room alone, remove your shirt completely. Place a clothes pin on each nipple, closer to the tip is best, and call someone on the telephone, wearing the clamps throughout the conversation.

Ideally you would have shaved your underarms and take selfie photos as this occurs.

The very best system I found is a 'Cupping set' available from Amaz*on.com. It is Very affordable and comes with a variety of sizes of plastic suction tubes with one-way valves allowing the device to remain on your Nipples for as long as you desire. It also comes with a rather serious hand pump that provides some intense vacuum.

The best of all is a double tip arrangement I made myself that uses a hand pump with vacuum gage similar to what is used for brake lines. Got some Serious pumping from that, -80cm of Mercury vacuum resulting in Extreme stretching and permanent enlargement.

Willing to share as much info as is desired.
