get some thin rope that is soft first of all. something like 1/4" thick or around there for these dares:

1. tie up your balls snugly then pull them behind you as far as you can pull them. then sit down on them. try not to cum when you do this

2. again, tie up your balls snugly. then squat down so you are kind of sitting on your heels. tie the other end of the rope around your ankles tightly. then roll over onto your back and scoot your butt up the wall so your dick is above your head and your feet are pulling up on your balls. edge for one hour before you cum on yourself.

try it with shoelaces.

here's another one: tie up your balls split apart then pull them up and tie them on the top side of your dick. spend all day like that.

loop one end of your shoelace so that it wraps around one ball
loop one end of another shoelace so that it wraps around the other ball.
pass the loose ends around behind you and place in opposite hands. Now your left hand should be holding the shoelace tied to your right ball and the opposite for your other hand.
pull tight and separate those balls. try to pull tight enough that you can now loop the loose ends around the opposite ball and pull tight all the time to keep those balls stretched apart.
remain that way for as long as you can
