So far this year, I've only cum if it's through sex, but I'm worried the temptation is going to be too much and I'll make myself cum, ruining my streak.

So I need suggestions to

a) stop me from making myself cum (by adding conditions that I don't want to meet, or by making it physically difficult etc)

or

b) punish me in the event that I do succumb to the temptation (ideally punishment that can be enacted by someone else, rather than me).

Whenever you start feeling like you want to cum, you must squeeze the base of your cock and rub an ice cube over the head. This should stop your from cumming, and if it doesn't, I guess it's punishment time! (I'm going to let other users suggest punishmentS)

Ice is good to cool your heat. Flicking the head won't have the same effect. You should use icy-hot or some cream like that.
