Here's an interesting one, that's not directly related to the strokes themselves haha

Before your shower, head to your kitchen and get a bristled dish brush and some Dawn dish soap (or equivalent). If you don't have this stuff, buy some. Then, equipment in hand, head to the shower, and spend at least 5 minutes thoroughly scrubbing your pussy, ass crack, ass cheeks, asshole, and clit with dish soap and the brush, and water that's hot enough to be uncomfortable/hurt a little, but not hot enough to actually burn you.
