Help me start with my denial, please

I'm looking for help starting denial, I'd like to learn how to behave myself and get stuff done, while also having a little bit of fun!.
Also, since I'm just getting started in this and trying to see if Im really fit for it, i don't own any toys, but I can try to experiment a bit with household objects if they are safe.

My limits are: scat, bodily fluids and exhibitionism and pics.

Welcome to getdare. I'll start you off easy with 2 days of denial. On day 1 you are not allowed to touch sexually at all. On day 2 you may edge 2 times when you wake up and 2 times when you go to bed with 2 objects you would normally not use for that purpose. Some ideas are a carrot, toothbrush, tv remote, humping a desk or couch, etc. On day 3 you are to edge 3 times when you wake, in the middle of the day, and when you go to bed with 3 objects you normally wouldn't use and you can't repeat objects from yesterday.
