New, looking for rules! 20F
Hi everyone,
I’m a long-time lurker and decided to finally make an account  .I am looking for bladder control and shower rules to abide by every day. I have stated my limits in my signature but as I just made my account some things might still be missing. You can also make use of my dislikes!

Well how about the following rules:
You may only empty your bladder once a day: after you have showered (a minimum of 10 minutes). For every 2 Liter of liquid you drink per day, you may add 1 additional peeing, but you must not shower for 6 hours after that. Whenever you pee in the shower, you will have to add a bondage item for your next showering.

While were controlling your pee schedule. The first time you pee each day after your shower, you will strip naked but leave your panties in place. If you are home you will stand in your shower/bath and pee yourself. You may not wash afterwards. In public you may sit on the loo to pee but your panties will be up. How long untill you just stop wearing panties?
