Hey guys,

I understand it takes along time to achieve diaper dependence. But I'm super into the idea of wetting unconsciously thus needing a diaper. Any ideas? Any Abdl ppl got ideas or want to talk leave them here or oil me sissy.monica I'm in quarantine got time on my hands!!

If you ever feel the urge to pee just let it go there and then don't force it and don't hold it, just let it flow while focusing on something else.
