New toilet slave

I have accepted a challenge to be a toilet slave for two weeks. I am only allowed to be three times a day (today at 12:30, 17:00, and 21:30) but I think Master is going to change these times every day. I have to drink 2378 mL of water every day, which was calculated by using my height and weight, and I have to track how much water I drink.

Please give me more tasks and rules to follow throughout the day and over the next two weeks.

No sitting down to pee, and you must strip naked before doing so each time. Shoes and socks are okay for a public bathroom.
