Help me tease myself while working

So I got an idea and it’s a little adventurous for me… I’ve got a work meeting on zoom in about 30 minutes where I have the ability to stay on mute the whole time but my camera has to be on. I’m planning on letting someone control my lovense during this and am planning on posting the link on GD in the threads for this.
What I’m thinking is that I have to do work like this on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of next week and I’m trying to figure out discrete things I can do while I’m on the zoom or ways to have my vibrator tease me through out the day. I thought maybe y’all would like to help come up with these ideas, like alarms throughout the day on my lovense or certain lengths of time to turn it onto control for.
Leave your suggestions/wants for me to do this down below.
My schedule on these days looks like:
8-8:45 independent work (no camera on)
9-11:30 zoom call
11:30-12 independent work
12-1 lunch break
1-3:30 zoom call
3:30-5 independent work
