Anonscs loses

Loser gives the winner 3 pictures each of three people they know. The winner gets to ask any 10 truths , and then choose one for the loser to transform into for a month. The loser then must answer any truth and provide any pictures requested pertaining to the chosen one before the winner gives a list rules and dares to turn the loser into that person for a month. The loser must also give the winner a budget (and source) for clothes, makeup, and other things, that the winner uses to make the loser look, dress, and act more like the person they're transforming into.
