You have to do 10 squats before laying down to go to bed this will be done naked as you will sleep naked now. In the morning you will do 10 sit-ups before you can leave further than the side of your bed.

whenever you play online computergames against someone other you have to strip naked as soon as you lost a game. if you loose more games than your opponent you arent allowed to cum for rest of the day.

if you play MMOG you have to strip naked as soon as you first time have been killed. if killed second time you can cum only if allowed by someone else for rest of day
