Reminders of submission

Ive been trying this out for the past few days, and it’s left me near constantly aroused and has been at times a little embarrassing.
I thought I’d post the idea here.

Basically, the sub wears a bell for a set period of time (or possibly indefinitely). Mine has been tied to my ankle on a red ribbon.

The sub should be instructed to think about something each time they hear the bell jingle. This could be their position, an up-coming punishment or their submission in general.

As a guy this has been pretty embarrassing, jingling with each step I take in public- I could imagine it would be even worse to wear if you were the sort to wear plain clothes, or with a suit and tie in a formal setting.

This could also possibly be used instead of collaring, if medical or social reasons prevent it.

I got my bell from ribbon tied around Christmas candy. I imagine the one around those Lindt bunnies would work just as well.
A bell intended for a cats collar would be perfect.
Obviously, the smaller the bell the less you’d hear it.

If anyone tries this, i’d Love if you posted you variation in this thread.
I’d like to know how you used the idea and how you felt during it.
