So you are new to cbt, eh? Lets change that, you need experience!

To start you are going to punch your balls 20 times. Then tie them, and squeeze them in your hand for one full minute as hard as you can bring yourself to.

Now edge 5 times.

Let's give your ass some attention now: find something (ruler, wooden spoon, paddle, hairbrush, etc) to spank yourself with. Spank each side twice as many times as years you are old (example if you are 20, spank yourself 40 times (20 x 2 = 40).

Now put something round and heavy-ball, apple, orange, etc in a long sock. You are going to swing that sock as hard as you can at your balls repeatedly until you are kneeling over, clutching your balls.

Get a bucket, (smaller = easier) and tie the bucket to your balls and make sure it's very secure but not too tight cuz thats dangerous.
Go into the shower and wait as the bucket fills with water.
You basically win if the bucket fills up all the way without you falling to your knees in pain.
