With the right genes/talent and a lot of training in the very young ages (like some people at zirkus are doing)... but even then for girls almost impossible and i don't think you can learn to become as flexible if you are older...

it is a specific position that helps better: you need a wall to stick your feet and a pillow under head and even a bit painful you can achieve it... some say the length counts, well if it is touching your belly-button when erect it means you can. But some sport warming exercises before (like bending) would help a lot.

Anyone can try and post a result of this advice?
