-winner makes qustodio account with some password to give away
-winner gives the email and password to the loser
-the loser installs qustodio on their phone with set password and email
-the winner requests a password change from qustodio (forgot my password) and then change it to something the loser doesnt know
-Loser doesn't know how long he will have to use the parental control application

Loser provides remote controls like Teamviewer or Anydesk to the winner. Winner can install parental controls, control PC on demand and install other software to restrict losers access for one week.

Loser has to give winner their Qustodio(or other parental controls app) login. Winner will then set it up like they would if they were doing so as a guardian for a child. For one week the winner will control and monitor the loser's Internet use, treating them like a child and giving appropriate punishments (and expecting proof) for breaking rules, accessing inappropriate websites, applications, etc. or giving assignments or rules (the more infantile and embarrassing the better!) to earn reduced restrictions. The winner will decide if the loser is being good not, and if so will either release them at the end of the week or even early, but if not may add more time or even require more control - adding other devices to Qustodio, installing remote access software, locking loser's accounts, etc to those of a child and so on until the winner decides the loser can be trusted to use the Internet by themselves again.

since sissycupcake couldnt reply to bambi's pm about bambi serving bambi's time to them under parental control they can be the biggest loser...
