a few more, just before your weekend start:

Although you cannot take the panties off, including in showers, that latter statement is not relevant:
-you are not to take any showers, you will not use any water to clean yourself and also will not use any deodorant or other scented products.
-you will take a plugged 60 minute workout inside every morning and evening
-you cannot pee until 3 hours after waking up
