-you are not to take any showers, you will not use any water to clean yourself and also will not use any deodorant or other scented products.
-you will take a plugged 60 minute workout inside every morning and evening
-you cannot pee until 3 hours after waking up

Well you're going to be plugged constantly so that'll help. When you are plugged try and insert a few fingers as well to loosen yourself up a bit. Insert one first, but try to add more over time. Try every half an hour.
