So this dare is pretty simple, but requires a bit of work:
You'll need 2 diapers, a fillable/sealable bag, liquid mess, tape, and a bit of tubing.

Attach you tubing into the fillable bag making sure to seal it tight. Fill it with your mess. You'll need to put on both diapers with the bag placed in the back between them. You can place the tub in the back of the first on or by cutting a hole and threading it that way. Once diapered up you are welcome to go about your day. Just as long as you don't sit. Once you do you will squish the bag and flood you diaper with your selected mess. There are many variants you can do:

Variants
Fire: Filling the bag with hot sauce or something similar.
Ice: Either place ice cubes in your mess chilling it or freeze your mess letting you sit right away, but as it melts allowing it to slowly be able to go to the diaper.
Fire & Ice: Same as Ice, but use hot sauce or such as your liquid.
Exercise: Using any substance, but have the person exercise. The more they move the more likely the bag will get squish and if they get tired enough they will have to sit down.
Timebomb: Set up like usual, but have a task(s) that must be completed in town within walking distance. If they don't get it done in time they must sit and flood their diaper. If they do they can change without squishing their diaper.
Baby punishment: Have the diaper wearer have to keep them on for a long time. They're task is to not sit for as long as possible. Once they do sit and flood their diaper they must act like a baby for the remainder of time. Crawling on all fours, speaking, eating, etc.
Humpty Dumpty: Same setup, but place the bag/tube in the front between the diapers. Have the wearer watch porn, tease them, etc to the point they want to hump an object to get release and flooding their diaper.
Itchy butt: Similar setup, but mix itching powder into the liquid causing an itching butt. The more they scratch the diaper the more the itchy mixture pours in. (Caution: I have no idea the reaction of itching powder on the body. Use you own knowledge and caution if you do this.)
Combos: Fill the first diaper with a messy food and have the liquid add into the mess when you sit such as

-Mash potato in the inner, and gravy as the bag mess.
-Peanut butter and runny jelly.
-Crush graham cracker and marshmallow with liquid chocolate.
-Chips and liquid cheese.
-Spaghetti and pasta sauce.
-Fish sticks and custard.
-Cake pieces and runny frosting.
-Pancakes and runny syrup.

Another variant is Layers: have more than 2 diapers and put a bag between each diaper.

I want to try this but make sure i do it correct. Do i put an empty bag between the diapers and then fill it once the diapers are on and then take out the tube?

so my mommy made me do this with baby punishment. i also had a combo of thick frosting in diaper and thin cake mix in bag. so she gave me a keyword as soon as i heard keyword she ordered me sit and fill my diaper making me stuck as a baby for rest of the day. the keywords she gave me was yes or no. either one was said almost as soon as my show started which means full diapers whole time. but i am enjoying my time being a baby right now. it wont be over for about another 2 or 3 hours. *blushing* as i crawl i feel my diaper getting fuller, and while typing this i just wet myself *blushes*
