Here's a quick one - all you need is one banana, the bigger the better.
For extra fun, pick a task that involves at least a medium amount of motion/activity (mine was doing the laundry) before you read the dare.

Spoiler:

Peel at least half of the banana, making sure that it can just reach to the back of your throat.

Put the banana in your mouth.

Now you're not allowed to touch the banana until you're done with your task
