To me, it's reading as if the server had a hiccup, causing the site to be temporarily unavailable, but left a cached copy of it so users could still browse until the site could be fully restored.

id didnt let me do anything, everytime i hit the refresh this is all it displayed. i cleared my cache and history and cookies and still displayed for a few min and came back a few min later working.

but i figured id throw this out there for the staff as a just incase thing.

P.s. Sometimes the site goes down. Usually is back up in an hour or less. Go read a book or something

to be fair i was informed if were having any issues with the site or any problems pop up to report them so im doing my part of informing the staff :P

i watched youtube instead :P

I suppose that's true. Unfortunately, there isn't a damn thing we can do for most issues. Also, if the site goes down and there was staff in chat, we probably know it crapped out. always comes back though. Can hunt down appropriate peoples if it doesn't.
